When you register for a free trial, enroll in weekly classes or camps, or submit an inquiry on LearnToBot (learntobot.com), we collect the following categories of information:

• Parent/Guardian Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and physical location hub.
• Student Information: Child's name, age/date of birth, grade level, and prior coding/robotics experience.
• Enrollment & Billing Data: Payment details processed securely via Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers).
• Media Consent: Optional photo and video permissions for student portfolios and educational updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information solely to operate and improve our educational programs, including:

• Processing class registrations, trial bookings, and camp schedules.
• Sending transactional communications such as class confirmations, schedule changes, emergency alerts, and parent updates.
• Sending educational newsletters, workshop announcements, and curriculum news via email only (if you have opted in). We do not send promotional or marketing SMS.
• Providing hands-on classroom safety and personalized instructor mentoring.

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Policy (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

LearnToBot respects your mobile privacy. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box:

• Transactional SMS Only: You agree to receive automated follow-up and reminder SMS messages regarding class bookings, schedule updates, and customer support alerts. Message frequency varies. No promotional SMS messages are sent.
• Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to end.

• Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Stripe: For encrypted payment processing.
• Supabase: For secure database storage and authentication.
• Twilio / Close CRM: For transactional email and SMS delivery.

As noted above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

LearnToBot provides services for children ages 6–18. We collect student information directly from parents or legal guardians. We never solicit personal data directly from minors without verified parental consent.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption, role-based access controls, and TLS/HTTPS transport security to safeguard your personal data. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the educational services requested or comply with legal obligations.
