1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LearnToBot website (learntobot.com), booking a trial session, registering for weekly classes, camps, or workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian with authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
By submitting your mobile phone number on our website forms and checking the SMS consent box:
- Program Description: You agree to receive automated SMS messages from LearnToBot. These include transactional notifications such as booking confirmations, class reminders, weather/schedule alerts, and customer service updates.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your enrollment status, event registrations, and direct account interactions.
- Cost Disclaimer: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to end. You will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
- Help & Support: For assistance, reply HELP for help or contact our team directly at administrator@learntobot.com or +1 (346) 215-1556.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Mobile data collected for SMS opt-in will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Review our Privacy Policy for additional details.
3. Program Enrollment, Attendance & Safety
Our programs emphasize hands-on engineering, microcontrollers, and real programming. To ensure an exceptional educational experience:
- Instructor Ratios: We maintain a strict 1:5 instructor-to-student ratio for weekly classes.
- Equipment & Projects: Students will build authentic electronic circuits and projects. Hardware designated for take-home projects becomes student property upon course completion.
- Student Conduct: We strive to provide a collaborative and respectful learning environment. LearnToBot reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior poses a safety risk or severely disrupts other students.
4. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellations
- Monthly Memberships: Weekly class subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe until cancelled.
- Cancellation Policy: You may pause or cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your parent portal or by giving written notice at least 7 days before your next renewal date.
- Camps & One-Time Events: Camp registrations and one-time events are subject to the specific refund and transfer schedules posted at the time of checkout.
5. Media & Photo Consent
During classes and showcase events, we may capture photos and videos of student builds and presentations for educational documentation, student portfolios, and promotional materials. Parents have the opportunity to grant or decline photo consent during registration.
